OPERATOR WORKING SESSION COMPLETE / COMMERCIAL STAGE 1 FACILITY SCOPE REQUESTED
CANUS and Micron21 have completed an operator working session. Micron21 has requested a commercial Stage 1 facility scope for a programme of delivery checks covering an agreed system, scope and period.

DIRECT DISCOVERY COMPLETE / LENDER-SIDE CONDITIONS MAPPED
CANUS has completed direct discovery with an institutional GPU-finance team. The counterparty is not named while its programme is being structured.
Its process holds loan funds until financed hardware is delivered, physically installed and independently checked on site: a lender-side condition the CANUS programme is designed to serve.

One side of the market defines the decision CANUS must be useful to; the other defines the conditions CANUS must work under. Those two inputs shape one product path: agree the delivery requirements, carry out the independent check, issue the signed result for the agreed scope and keep its delivery and change history for the organisations that use it.

CANUS's founding technical leadership is not publicly profiled during the current IP and commercial disclosure phase. Identity, role and relevant background are provided directly to qualified counterparties and investors under NDA.
Independent methodology-governance appointments are disclosed after formal execution and consent.
FOUNDING PROGRAMME / 03 PLACES
Bring your first project into the programme. The CANUS fee for the first agreed trial delivery check is waived. Any third-party facility, travel or specialist costs are agreed before work starts. Each place takes one project through the programme: the delivery requirements written down, one independent trial delivery check, a signed result and one of the first three numbers on the CANUS Register. Ongoing programme services are separately scoped and priced.
