Agree whether additional independent evidence would improve your current delivery checks. CANUS checks the agreed requirements independently and gives the named organisations one signed result both sides can work from.

THE RESULT
Every CANUS delivery check ends in one of three results, signed once and preserved in the CANUS Register. The result is issued whether it favours the buyer or the cloud operator selling the capacity; that is what makes it usable.
Consistent
The evidence supports the agreed requirements. Your contract decides what follows for sign-off and billing.
Inconsistent
The evidence conflicts with one or more requirements. The result stands, and the record says exactly which requirement and why.
Insufficient evidence
The evidence is insufficient to decide. The gap is itself the result; nothing is assumed in anyone's favour.
HOW IT ENTERS YOUR CONTRACT
Agree what evidence your contract requires before delivery. Agree the checks, access and use of the results with the companies involved before delivery. The checks then run against those requirements when the capacity is delivered.
Ask your cloud operator to bring CANUS in before equipment is ordered. The project is then planned with independent delivery checks in mind, and the evidence you need is far easier to agree while the design can still change.
