Preparing your GPU capacity order

A real GPU capacity order in negotiation, procurement, build or delivery, with the equipment or capacity covered by the order defined, and an identifiable cloud operator and customer, or a lender that will use the result.

What the order promises at the delivery point: the agreed capacity, configuration, conditions and schedule, written so an independent party can check against them.

Who accepts delivery, who releases funding, who starts billing, and who else is entitled to use the evidence. Each is named in the appointment as an organisation that may use the result.

The requirements the check will resolve, fixed before delivery. Scope and timing are confirmed privately after qualification; an agreed customer delivery date can always be collected.
